One address, read a few times a week by the people who count the frames. Corrections get answered fast because they matter; everything else gets answered when there is something worth saying.

The figures published here — telegraph length, recovery windows, the number of frames a second phase gives you before it commits — are counted by hand from high-frame-rate capture. Counting by hand produces occasional errors, and a reader who has recounted a window and got a different number is the most useful correspondent this publication has.
To be actionable a correction needs three things: the encounter, the figure you got, and the conditions under which you captured it. Difficulty setting matters, patch version matters enormously, and whether any equipment modified the timing matters most of all. Two correct counts of the same attack can differ by four frames because one player was wearing something that changed the animation.
The pattern described in the telegraph note came out of reader logs rather than the desk's own play, and further logs are wanted. A usable log is a list: attempt number, how far into the fight you got, and what killed you. Thirty lines of that from one reader is worth more than a paragraph of impressions from twenty.
Logs are quoted with permission and credited however you prefer, including not at all.
Whether a nineteen-frame window is generous or cruel is a judgement, not a measurement, and readers who think the second-phase argument is wrong are disagreeing rather than correcting. Those letters are read with real interest and they change what gets measured next, but they do not change published verdicts. A verdict that moves with its post bag was never a verdict.
Review-copy offers, because the method requires every game to be bought and every boss to be beaten legitimately before a word is written. Early-access invitations and embargo arrangements, for the same reason. Sponsored posts, affiliate deals and link-exchange proposals, none of which are read past the first line — there is nothing to buy on this site and no advertising on any page of it.
Corrections: within a few days. Attempt logs: a week or two, since reading one properly takes time. General letters: read always, answered sometimes, and the silence carries no judgement about the letter.
It stays in a mail client until the exchange is over and is then deleted with the thread. It is never added to a list, never shared, and never joined to anything about your reading here, which would be impossible in any case given that no page on this site loads a tracker. The privacy page explains how to confirm that yourself.
